Wellington resident Jenny Seddon has found saving a few pennies makes good sense as she accepts a prize from an exclusive Croxley promotion run by OfficeMax.
Accepting $1,000 in prize money on behalf of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society, Jenny said it has been an OfficeMax customer for approximately ten years and really enjoyed the convenience of the Croxley product range.
“We use Croxley pre-paid products very regularly because they save time and money anyway. When I saw the promotion I thought it would be nice for us to win but of course I didn't ever anticipate we actually would,” she said.
“We regularly send internal mail to more than 40 locations once or twice a week. In addition we send out surveys to between 1,000-5,000 people and always use pre-paid envelopes for our monthly accounts payable run. Stocking up on pre-paid products is logical for us.
“The money will either go towards a new PA system for the boardroom or it will help fund the hardware for a new electronic visitors assistance system,” Jenny said.
From 1 July 2012 postage is set to rise by up to 16 per cent. Savvy shoppers and business owners have been stocking up on their most-used Croxley postage items with all non-denominational products still valid and holding their value after the rise.
OfficeMax Account Manager, Bert Cody said that OfficeMax took note of the increase in demand from the last rise in October 2010 and has ensured adequate stock will be available.
“People are particularly keen to make their dollar go further, especially in the current financial climate. A saving of up to 16 per cent is a significant one, especially given many of our small business customers are needing to post multiple items all over the country every day,” Bert said.
“The entry mechanic is so simple: just purchase a Croxley non-denominational postage product from OfficeMax between now and 17 June to go into the draw to win,” he said.
